Returns

All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless the item you purchased is defective. If you believe you've received a defective product, contact our sales team immediately at 03-21 444 555. You may need to send the defective item(s) by a carrier of your choice to the following address:

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs and insurance for returning your item, as well as obtaining proof that the items have been returned. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and until it is back within our possession, we cannot be held responsible for it.

When returning a defective item(s), please ensure:

Return must be done no later than 7 days from the date you received the items.

Items must be returned in the condition they were received, including all accessories, documentation and packaging materials.

The returned item must be accompanied by the original invoice/receipt or a copy in the case of a partial return, as proof of purchase.

We will contact you once your return has been received and inspected. Where possible we will arrange for a new replacement to be sent to you or a full refund of the defective item.

We reserve the right to accept or refuse any refund and exchange not meeting our eligibility guidelines.

Refunds

If you are entitled to a refund as a result of the defective item, the full amount of the purchase price will be refunded, via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs.

Due to bank refund transaction time, please allow 10-14 working days for the refund to be processed and completed.

Exchanges

If you are entitled to an exchange as a result of the defective item, we will send the replacement item to you with our own carrier. Depending on the delivery address, delivery time may varies. Tracking numbers will be provided to you via email.

Cancellation

JS Music reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason. Possible reasons include potentially compromised security, fraudulent transactions, incorrect pricing or non-payment.
