Where do you ship?

Generally, we ship worldwide. However, due to distribution agreements with certain brands, we cannot ship some items outside Malaysia. Please contact us for international orders.

How much is the shipping?

Your total shipping charges will be automatically computed at checkout prior to the completion of your order. Shipping charges is calculated based on item weights. Generally, for shipping within Malaysia, below is the starting rates:

For orders less than RM200:

  • Ship to West Malaysia: from RM8.00 up
  • Ship to East Malaysia: from RM15.00 up

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Free shipping is only offered for shipping within Malaysia. At the moment we do not offer free shipping to outside Malaysia. 

For orders above RM200:

  • FREE shipping across Malaysia.

How long will the shipping take?

Your order will ship within 1-2 business days, provided all items are in stock. You will be notified via email as soon as your order is shipped, and you will be given a tracking number. Since we ship all of our products from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, delivery will depend on where you're located and can be delayed due to customs and national holidays. Orders placed after 4pm will be considered as order for the following day. Orders placed on Sunday, Monday and public holidays will only be processed on the next working day. Kuala Lumpur: 1-2 Business Days. Usually next day.
West Malaysia (Outside Kuala Lumpur): 1-3 Business Days.
East Malaysia: 1-4 Business Days.

SINGAPORE
2-6 Business Days.

5-10 Business Days.

To get a better idea of delivery time, please refer to the tracking link in your shipping email. Please note, that we rely on the specific carrier and their affiliated services within other countries and cannot always guarantee that shipments will be delivered on time.

What carrier you are using?
All orders within Malaysia are shipped via Ninja Van, DHL eCommerce, or Poslaju, unless otherwise specified. International orders are shipped via DHL Express, Poslaju EMS or UPS. If you reject / refuse any shipment from JS Music, you are still responsible for the original shipping costs as well as any duties, taxes and customs charges. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are shipped via UPS, DHL Express or Poslaju EMS. Shipping charge will be calculated during checkout. You can also contact us to get a shipping quote before proceed to order. A tracking number will be provided once the order is dispatched. Additional processing time might be needed when applicable due to more stringent packing for international dispatches. If you do not see the option for your country upon checking out, please email us so we can make the best arrangement for you!

General delivery time is about 3-7 business days for the Asian region, and 5-10 business days for regions outside of Asia. However, unforeseen delays might be expected for customs clearance, weather condition or festive seasons. You are best advised to contact the delivery courier with your tracking number directly once your order has been dispatched.

Sales Taxes + Duties
Sales tax (where applicable) will be applied automatically during the checkout process to Malaysia customers. Customers outside of Malaysia are not charged taxes, but do bear the sole responsibility for any duties your local customs office may charge.

In-Store Pickup - No Charge For Any Size Order
Orders placed online can be processed for pickup at our store at Jalan Imbi. Customers will be notified by email when their order is ready. Pickups can be made during our regular business hours.
